The Obama Chia Pet Controversy
So, have you heard about the Barack Obama Chia pet head? It’s the HOTTEST product to be released in years from the creators of the world famous Original Chia Pet.
It’s also turned out to be very controversial as well and has been pulled from retail chains afraid of offending their customers.
So lets take a look at this crazy product that like Barack Obama himself, could “Only Happen in America”……
Although you will usually hear this product referred to as the “Obama Chia Pet”, officially this product is referred to as the “Chia Obama Handmade Decorative Planter”. It doesn’t quite have the same ring, does it?
The Obama Chia was created by Joseph Enterprises, Inc, the same company who created the Original Chia Pet in 1977. This also the same company that brought us “The Clapper”, which was famous for it’s old “Clap on, Clap Off – The Clapper!” jingle.
The Obama Chia Head is a handmade pottery planter and comes with a Chia seed packet with enough for 3 plantings, a plastic drip tray and planting & care instructions.
The Obama Chia Pet was licensed exclusively to Walgreens to sell at their nationwide retail /convenience outlets. Their company policy allows stores to choose their own merchandise so they can better serve their individual locations. In the case of the Obama Chia though, once company management received some complaints that the product was “offensive”, Walgreens ordered stores to remove the Obama Chia headfrom the shelves.
The controversy around the Obama Chia and the it’s subsequent removal from stores has created an incredible demand for the Chia Obama head planter. The only other major retailer to stock the collectible was Amazon.com, and they have sold out of the Obama Chia. Now the Obama Chia has become a hard to find collectors item. Only in America!

Help answer the question about obama
Obama keeps saying we need to sacrifice. What sacrifices has he and the gov made collectively and individually?
I keep hearing Obama saying people and businesses need to make tough painful sacrifices to come out of this economic downturn, What sacrifices has he and the government made both collectively and personally ? Have any of them taken pay cuts ? Or give up perks ? Cut back on spending such as that appropriated in the stimulus for fancy government buildings ? Just curious. Or is this more of Obama's " Do as I say, Not as I do " jargon. Thanks in advance for your answers.

@SirSmokeify Never admit defeat. Those who are trying to seize control want us to do that. It would not need for television to end as we know it, just pushing for enforcement of existing laws, such as the truth in advertising. It would require news media outlets to be broken up through the monopoly laws, because that is what they are. It would take people taking advantage of public access television to put forth points of view. Families to be just that again is big factor as well for starters.

The first time I saw that ad I laughed until I cried. Then I saw that it wasn't a joke and there are really some fools out there that would buy that thing.

You know, I haven’t heard a single good answer to this question: If Alex isn’t a nutjob, if he’s right about everything, then how does one go about defeating NWO? The only answer I’ve heard is to pray, and I don’t consider that a good answer. I have nothing against prayer, but someone somewhere would theoretically have to do something REAL.

I still can't figure out if the Chia Obama is some kind of joke. I laugh my rear off every time I hear the line that it can be displayed with pride as a symbol of "change, hope, opportunity," etc, and I almost bust a gut when I see that big green 'fro on its head.

Many people buy things that are in style and keep them over the years, cause one day it maybe worth money… let's say 30 years from now, it could bring money. I wish I kept all my things from the 80's.

@TheSportCompact Yeah people can be deprogrammed but is it a feasible, accomplishable idea at the moment? I mean on a large scale. One would have to end television as we know it, major modifications to the net, etc. Thats what I mean.Im glad theres a following of videos like these and more and more people are at least considering the possibility all is not right but idk that what people have been raised into can just be forgot so quickly.
